1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • Please note that opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be processed for unopened products returned in the original packaging. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, please allow a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

3. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective product or a wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping for defective or incorrect items.
